With Inviton's open cashless solution in partnership with the 24pay payment gateway, you can enable fast and secure card payments – without wristbands, credit top-ups, or closed currencies. At the same time, you as the organizer gain a complete overview of vendor sales and can easily set fair, turnover-based rental fees – automatically, transparently, and in real time.

Our solution uses Android POS terminals with an integrated cash register system (eKasa). Each vendor receives their own device, enabling them to accept payments without cash. Visitors simply pay by card or mobile, just like in a regular store.

No more chip wristbands, registrations, credit exchanges, or delays at checkout. The customer experience is fast, smooth, and hassle-free – and you, as the organizer, gain insights and data you wouldn't otherwise have.

📊 Master Account for Organizers – Transparent Sales Overview

As the organizer, you get access to a central admin dashboard showing all transactions from individual POS devices. Each vendor has their own sub-account, but you as the event manager have a master account, allowing you to:
  • Monitor sales per vendor in real time,
  • Set turnover-based rent or commission (e.g., 10% of sales),
  • Eliminate cash and reduce the risk of revenue loss.

🧩 Simple Setup, Minimal Burden for Vendors

Vendors don’t need to purchase expensive equipment. POS terminals are available for rent starting at just €30 (excl. VAT) per event. The rental includes:
  • A device with built-in printer, touchscreen, and internet connectivity,
  • eKasa-compliant Adeo POS cash register system (integrated with the Slovak Tax Authority),
  • Training and technical support from 24pay,
  • The option to reuse the device for other events (with its own fiscal memory).
A percentage fee is charged per transaction. As an organizer, you can also set your own service fee for vendors (e.g., 5–15%).
